I'm going to attempt to uninstall/reinstall ME2 and see if the login works without any patching.

I have, after getting some help form EA's tech support people, figured out what the problem is. You cannot log into Cerberus if your password has anything other than letters (upper and lower case work) and numbers. If you're using special characters in your password, you will not be able to log into Cerberus. Just change your password and you're good.

Have you tried any of the suggestions to get it working, and if so, which ones so we can take them off our list.
