I have choice between 3 weapons for my reaver but I dont t know which one is the best ... I know crit is important, so help me to choose for now even if later I get a better one... These ones must be crappy but I am new .

 

I use for now  :  Iss Valo-Kas 235 dps  192 damage aoe   + 27 % penetrating armor  3 slots

 

and I have :  Martel  218 dps 216 damage + 16% atk  + 3 slots

                     Hache de guerre  ornementée (don t know how to write in english) 183 dps + 162 damage aoe + 11% crit + 3 slots

I would go with the highest AOE DPS one.

 

Slap a superb rune on it, and you should be fine.

Ok thanks it's already done  So the one with + 11 % crit is not worth with his lower dps?

That first sword you've got there is what I use. Slap on a grip and a pommel on that guy with more armor pen. Mine got up to 50%. Stacking that with the war horn armor pen and my superb ring of armor pen, that's 90% of armor ignored. Slap on a master of superb rune and you're golden.

I'd prefer the crit chance
11% is high
Not many enemies even use barriers in MP
A dozen or so DPS for single hits when you're using dragon rage anyways won't make a difference but if your war horn runs out that 11% crit may come in handy

I'd recommend axe of the dragon hunter for Reaver.  Gives 28% crit chance.  While its damage isnt the highest, its off-set by having a 5% damage boost for every enemy within 8m.  More rampage, always more rampage.
