I have had multiple problems with enemies not dying and no ele was in the room. Knockdown or something may be the issue and the sheer amount of knockdowns firestrom does could be a huge contributing factor....but the skill is not the reason.
Can we get a BioWare response about the Red Templar game breaking bugs?

I thought I'd chime in too as a lot of people are pinning the key bug on Firestorm, when it's not the only/proven cause. I had 5 key bugs in 5 games yesterday, no Elementalist in party, and all 5 times I was hosting and playing my Keeper. Perhaps AOE spells are to blame, like Firestorm and Chain Lightning. But it is most definitely not an elementalist only bug.

Someone had the bright idea to add some last second goons to try to ambush players from behind when they reached the end of the map (or when the last spotted enemy was killed). They however didn't account for those goons getting stuck in the maps, lag, and flat out not spawning. Just pay attention to those areas where you see 3-5 enemies run up behind your team and notate the maps and locations.

So first match tonight, I joined in 4th slot to a 4/5 wave Red Templar. We cruise right along into the Boss wave no sweat. Team Composition: 1 Keeper, 1 Arcane Warrior, 1 Alchemist, and 1 Elementalist. Result: 5/5 Incomplete and host has to drop (Arcane Warrior).
After round 5 reset and another joins. Team Composition: 1 Keeper, 1 Alchemist, 2 Elementalists. Result: Event Complete. And yes...there were mucho Firestorms.
PLEASE BioWare tell me what the hell is going on! What makes 5/5 bug so much for Red Templar on Ps3? Is it a console specific issue? It's so prevalent that random PuGs know to just "host drop to reset" like it's common practice.
