there  is a  dungeon near the  hand  in the  fens  area  of  exalted  plains.  in this  dungeon there  is a  plate  that  makes a  spire  descend   2   levers   that  move a    rotating  archer  that  fires  when he  stops  and  2   torches  one  must  light  am i missing  something  or  is  there a  solution to this  puzzle
