She's like the cryptic, super ancient good Samaritan that will do you a huge solid, but then say something creepy that makes you wonder if maybe you should've died instead.
She is indeed a good samaritan:
- Morrigan: Hmph. my mother's stories curdled my blood and haunted my dreams. No little girl wants to hear about the Wilder men her mother took to her bed, using them till they were spent, then killing them. No little girl wants to be told that this is also expected of her, once she comes of age.

It's kind of one sided though. Morrigan doesn't comment on Leliana at all. The only time she even says her name is during the epilogue.
She mentions her once or twice in the garden. Something about 'even Leliana has amassed a network of spies' or something to that effect.
If they had a 'reunion' type cut-scene, it would probably be pretty awkward, even if a lot of people want one.

Yeah, the Morrigan I remember from DAO was frankly a power-hungry crazy b**** in all honesty. Really liked the way she changed in Inquisition, especially when she romanced a male Warden and he is Kieran's father. The way she treats Kieran, how she avoids talking about the Warden yet can't resist showing her affections on him, calling him a good husband and father, and yet the old power-hungry edge remains here and there. Definitely looking forward to her return some day.

My version of Leliana called Morrigan a hateful (or was it spiteful??) ****** in DA:O. Course, she also tried to get her to dress up and made compliments about her figure, much to Morrigan's discomfort.
