None of the put on accents in Inquisition bothered me. I thought Celene and Gaspard were decent and Cassandra was just wonderful. Giselle's accent didn't bother me as much as her weird duckface.
Now Marjolaine, Dorothea and Erlina on the other hand? Ugh.

Yeah, BW gives a shaky excuse of "there's no one to hire" or it's "too hard to find somone" despite them having a recording studio in London, LA, and I think Vancouver. I'm sure there are plenty of actors from different countries in LA, and London that would do a Bioware game.
At any rate, it's no surprise that the only two Orlisians that sound good (Leliana and Stroud) are the only two voiced by native French speakers. Also Riordan, but he has the same VA as Stroud.
