My point is they skipped over what took place with the child with powers of a God. Like it never happened.

Because it didn't.
In my primary world state, anyway.

Only if it's for a bit part where I can finally kill her off.

She's a horrible person, I want to be done with her permanently.

morrigan was 1 of my faves in dao, but i honestly would be annoyed if we got a dlc solely revolved around her and no other companions/advisors, seriously it's dragon age not morrigan age, there is a story to be told and it is not just about morrigan, her appearing as a cameo just like all other games companions is good enough, and as for it been unfinished, think yourself lucky some people got no conclusion of their li and their story, look at zevran fans or alistair fans, they never even got a dlc with those in, we just got a morrigan and leliana dlc, which to be fair really sucked for female gamers :(

The less they listen to the BSN or anyone that uses it the better

I am indifferent on Morrigan's presence, she is an okay character, but not one I am begging to see again.

I will say this though, she is not nearly as good of a narrator as Varric. Hearing her narrate the ending made me realize how much I missed Varric's narrating from DA2.

Bioware, please, in the future, no more Morrigan narration, Varric for permanent-narrator!

I love Morrigan, but some characters from Origins didn't even get a cameo. It's only fair that if there's going to be a DLC involving one of the older companions it should star one of the ones who got left out.

Character-focused DLC's for characters going back to Origins is really tough anyways because of the choices you might have made.  Shale could be dead, Zevran could be dead etc.  Morrigan obviously healed herself if you stabbed her before going into the Eluvian.

Morrigan will be a fixture in future DA lore.  With the revelation about her mother, especially the bit that she was never in any danger of a forced possession, is a pivotal moment for Morrigan.  She's been running from her mother since DAO, and in the future she may start running after her.  Who knows, this could lead to a repeat of Flemeth's story, with Morrigan agreeing to take on Mythal's wisp or essence so she can once again try to get revenge.

That's just my theory, but with the level of involvement she had in DAI (more than any other DAO character, save maybe Leliana), it's a safe bet that we'll see her again.  But not as a player companion, like the OP seems to want.  She's moved beyond that point, I think.  Just as Solas has.

@OP, the OGB storyline was resolved pretty definitely, for those that even had it in their keep.  Time to move forward.

I love Morrigan to death but she had enough spotlight.

More Morrigan-centric content?  No thanks.

Hey, not all. Leliana was a female romance too.

Nope, no thank you.  Morrigan has already had her spotlight, and none of my character even get along with her. I could give an entire list of characters I would rather see more of. And the kid doesn't even exist in any of my games, so nothing for me to see there.

I loved Morrigan, but enough is enough.

And maybe I'm just old fashioned, but I really hate people with kids as heroes. Have a kid or not, I don't care, but once you have a kid, you shouldn't be gadding about on wild adventures and leaving the kid behind, especially if you're essentially a single parent.

It was ok for a while in DAI because she was literally the only one who could help us, but now it's someone else's turn to step up. Kieran's already weird enough, he doesn't need his mother dying too.

Yeah she is a fan favorite with not enough fans to justify a proper ending to the grippingly good written story Morrigans involved in.  Unfortunetly, I think she will be nothing more then be used as a "string along" for the Morrigan fans who want more and an annoyance for the Morrigan haters.

Claudia Black has such a alluring voice that everytime fans of Morrigan encounter her voice automatically remembers Morrigan and get reminded of the dreadfull way DAI ended her story line in an very unforfilling way to Morrigan fans.  DAI made it abundantly clear the Morrigan story is over, thats how I perceive it anyways.

The Morrigan DLC was pretty weak.  As for Morrigan herself, she's the only character in DAI I actually liked, so....  Well, I like Flemeth, too.

Morrigan in my playthrough drank from the well. So, if we go with the assumption that the drinking-from-the-well choice may come up again in the future (which I do, based on the epilogue), than I have to assume there's a chance she'll show up in relation to that, as well. But that's no enough to motivate an entire dlc around her - in fact, off the top of my hair, unless she just decides to do something evil, I can't think of a reason for my Inquisitor to need to do anything more with her.

So other than that hanging plot thread, I'm good with Morrigan's story ending. There's only so many times a character can show up, with all these different heroes in different parts of Thedas, years apart, before it starts to become too much. I'm also good with not seeing Cullen, Varric, or Leliana again, as well.

Maybe it's just me but I feel like Cullen still has a story to tell, being off of the lyrium and away from the Templars and more sympathetic to mages.  I'm not saying we need a DLC about him but I can see him being involved, especially if he was the Inquisitor's love interest.  I agree I don't need to see any more of Leliana and Varric, but if Leliana is Divine then we'll probably encounter her too (and apparently she's a huge fan favorite).

God no I'm tired of seeing her.

She has had more than enough spotlight at this point.

I'm all for Morrigan being in a DLC as long as it makes sense.  I felt that Morrigan's presence in DA:I was more justified than Varrics.  I loved Varric in DA2 but in DA:I he felt out of place.  I'd hate to see Morrigan's character shoved into that kind of position just so, she could be in a DLC, expansion or sequel.

Morrigan had a DLC already, so did Varric and Lileanna. Lets have someone new get the DLC focus.

Maybe Cullen still has a story to tell, but I don't really want to hear it.

I always thought he was a blah character and nothing they did with him in inquisition changed my mind. With the exception of his lion fur-trimmed armor. That's as awesome. Albeit in a "Divine might wear this" kind of way. And no, I'm not talking about the in-game religious leader.
