I took that line as a clever way to say that she'll remain stone forever as the Maker ain't ever coming back.

This is what I love about worlds built by Bioware. What you get at face value is already very good. But if you dwell deep into the lore (and there is a lot of it)

well that is when it gets real interesting. How the hell I'm supposed to wait for the expansion/sequel now... :angry:

I think that the idol IS showing Fen'Harel embracing Flemeth. It was destined to happen and that vision was made into this idol in ancient times. The third figure could be Corypheus, as he is the reason it happened.
