My 1st kill I think was a fluke.... it was the Hinterlans one, I basically spammed potions until it died
Now I'm on my 2nd playthrough. Here's a bit of info
I have a SnS Champion
Some of the perks I have are the 12 potions, the extra slot to carry more
I have items such as the healing mist, pitch, antivian fire
So I'm just looking for a nice party set up. Which is the 'easiest' one to fight?
The Western Approaches dragon always feels easy to me.
Dragon hunting to me the most sure fire way to win if you want lazy and low/no risk is to take 4 warriors - so you + 3 others. Why? The thing that dragons do that kills mostly is wing flap and breath weapon. Warriors get in close and are basically immune to both. They will take him down really regardless of anything else.
This surely isn't the fastest way where warrior + mage + assasin/archer + archer using lightning cage + mark of death + long shot + long shot + detonate MoD rinse and repeat gets you some ferocious damage.
So a question, If you use To Death With Blackwall and make him soak all the damage and at the same time you use Mark of death with Cole and if I would use a fully upgraded thousand cuts with my DW Tempest Rouge and Varric would use his focus ability at tier 3 at the same time would the dragon then explode?
If you have tier 3 focus take with you Sera and Cole, they will kill the dragon with Thousand Cuts and Mark of Death.....if you have To the death and the Champion ability that makes you unkillable for 8 secs and the Shield ability to soak damage for you party members then you will kill the dragon in seconds.
