Hi there. I have 5.1 speakers. my soundcard: SoundMax Integrated Digital HD Audio and my OS: Windows 7. The problem is that there's no low-freqencies in ME2 but it works fine in all other applications. I solve this problem in ME1 by choosing software acceleration in ME Configuration Utility but i can't find the same option in ME2 Config Utility. So what can be done?

I"m having the same problem, but unfortunatly I have to go to work, so I can't mess around with, well, anything >.<

I did the same with ME1. In ME2 I just forced my speaker to be in stereo mode (instead of 5.1) via the computer sound description from the ME2 config panel and it works fine. Badly it disables rear speakers and thus surround sound, as in ME1.
