Most of my IQs had Dirthamen's and one had Elgar'nan. Also it seems I am among one of the few who didn't drank from the well. They all got scared when they heard voices from the well, which reminds me, anyone got the dialogue option to say they hear voices from the well (when about to make the decision), because I've seen some videos in which that option doesn't appear?

Actually, from comparing the DAO vallaslin with the new versions, I think Tamlen's one used to be Dirthamen. Falon'Din is what Merrill has (it looks a bit like the statues representing him).
Also, don't Velanna and Seranni have the same vallaslin? (which looks like a slightly altered Ghilan'nain)
I was hesitating between the two in fact, but since Dirthamen got only one version I guessed that it could be an alternate version of Falon'Din 
My dalish warden had Mythal's tatoo and my dalish inquisitor too, yet they are not pretty much the same between Origins and Inquisitor.
As for Velanna and Seranni, I agree with you
