Sorry im new to mass effect in general i found the armor at my locker for the collectors but how do i accesse the insisor sniper

You need to either go to the weapons locker on the ship (it's not the same as the armor locker) or just wait until you start a mission and then you should be able to switch to your DLC rifle.

Hmm im very early in the game i dont see the weapons locker and i didnt get to cahgne at the start of the mission im confused

You can't access a weapons locker until you get onboard the Normandy. So if you haven't gotten to that point yet then you can't use the DLC weapons yet.

According to the Strat Guide. Unlocking the ability to train for a new weapon will happen when you are about half way through the missons. I haven't gotten there yet.

Im really confused now i'm on the normady and i see the weapon locker and on my messages i got the bonus stuff like the message for collecting rifle and insisor sniper but its not in my locker anyone know why?

Are you a sniper rifle friendly class? (Inflitrator and Soldier - not sure if any others)

Would have to, Vanguards are just heavy pistol + shotgun
