ABOUT TIME!
It turns out I picked Mythal. The last "alternate" design over her forehead, around her eyes, and on her chin. (Fitting, considering her end-of-game decisions.)

My first Dalish Inquisitor had the first Sylaise design and my second Dalish Inquisitor had the Andruil design.
My next Dalish Inquisitor will probably have the first Elgar'nan design.
