Well, looks like can't connect to the DA:I server 11:30 time. first time I've seen this ,assuming the servers are down for something, patch?

Patch? What patch? This game does not need no patches... It has no bugs and glitches. There are only features that most noobs need to figure out how to use and L2P.

Well, looks like can't connect to the DA:I server 11:30 time. first time I've seen this ,assuming the servers are down for something, patch?
This isn't an MMO. They don't take the EA servers down for maintenance unless there is a really big issue. It is unnecessary because matches are what's known at P2P (peer-to-peer), where one players acts as the "host" and other players are the "clients" (a.k.a. off-host). The servers only act as a search function, connecting hosts to clients based on ping response.
If Bioware releases a patch, it will be in the form of a downloadable item that is either downloads when attempting to launch the game. If it's a full DLC, you have to manually download the DLC to your system.

Game needs better netcoding. Ive never had issues with online play before buying this game and ME3MP.

Weird. I was just being facetious but still, the way he's explaining it sounds like he's on dial up. I have problems with lots of games, currently getting disconnected after most Co op races in The Crew where I'm not the leader if the crew. I have 80mb down and 21 up so wasn't being serious. Still though, try forwarding a port or something, sounds like a mixture of their and your problem.
