I remember seeing a screenshot of dorian using a staff that had the three dragon heads similar to Orsino's staff from DA2, does anyone know if a staff with the three dragon heads made it into DAI and if so what that staff is called?

It's there. Can't recall the name but you get it closer to end game if you side with the templars in early game.
