Yeah, If you can, try and lower the gamma and screen brightness to a point where you get minimal screen glare in the image. That and as horizontal as possible.

There are a number on that thread that are not in the multiplayer.. actually there are a lot. We have all the portraits. Will be interested to see if they are going to be released as part of future DLC and are sitting in the base code, or are something the poster made themselves.. But, with what you have given.. I can do the same thing to the templar portrait that I did to the russian translation of the archer portrait and banners.
Little bit of paint magic.. a cut here a paste there.. a crop there.. and voila.
