It's been about three days now. No moderators, no order. No nothing. Just chaos. It's literally every man for himself now. Females.. everywhere...

They've begun locking off food sources, trying to lure us out with the smell of baked goods, and talking about cupcake recipes. That's okay though. The alpha males only hunger for meat, and most of them haven't realized that yet. The beta males however... the ones that started this whole damn war in the first place... they're gone. I guess I should be glad, but.. what they do in those re-education camps... the screams of agony with the sounds of a female Inquisitor on dragon age... that's all I could hear coming from the tents for days.. I think one was even forced to watch the Iron Bull's romance.

I don't know how much longer I can last. One of them mentioned cheeseburgers and ram meat. That's that **** I like... but I must remain strong. I must... must... *sobs*

Well, how about some mead to go with the steak? A friend of mine tried this recipe & it was wow... She used citrus honey however.

You'll be much happier with a bellyfull of mead

How it is possible to get hangover from beer? I mean, I tend to get gloated first before getting drunk from beer...

Ah, I love Irish beers (Kilkenny!) & Belgian Beers. Never taste American one however. There are also some good Breton beers around here, artisan made but they are more special beers (elderberry, blueberry etc).

.... Oh... yea... fail  Dang, I gave myself up.

And you're right. It's sweet as hell though, but I've found it depends on the brand how much. To your question about beer, you need to drink a lot, lol. It's just dehydration, so if you're a typical american who drinks a lot of soda and barely touches water as it is, it'd be rather easy to get a hangover from beer.

Me, I don't touch soda much, usually just drink teas and juices. Takes at least four beers to get me tipsy. I've honestly never been drunk before. Close, but never wasted.

Beer tends to make my stomach gloat & I can't even finish quart of a pint tbh (still, love the taste  )

Of late, a friend of mine went crazy with home brewing so we've been having many meads lately. So, it's time to go back to Skyrim... :P

Looking at Bottle of Thedas, it'll be interesting to actually taste some of it. Especially there's one IIRC called Dragon's ******.

LOL Dragon's what? I remember a dragon something, but I'd rather not guess, hah.

I prefer not to drink beer if I can help it. Jack daniels or some vodka, which is one of the few times I do drink soda since I mix it. Cheap Budweiser's usually the only beer I drink. 'murica.

As a bartender, this post makes me want to sob a little, Su.  :(

We have good beer here...it just so overshadowed by mass produced junk that few people know it.

That said, my favorite beer is a Flemish red ale.

This looks really good. Reminds me of how good Naruto always made food look. There's meat in it, so I'll take it ;)

Not a big fan of wine, but tea and coffee, yes yes.

Seriously though there should be only one female in the screen at once. It becomes confusing and unrealistic when there is more. I mean who are you supposed to look at when there is more than one?? All other female characters in the screen should be replaced with dragons, darkspawn or talking animals. Much more realistic and fitting for fantasy genre.

This thing is still open?!?  Wow.

Screw the food, we need some drinks up in here.  Here's a recipe for the classic Hot Toddy:

  • 1½ ounce brown liquor such as brandy, whiskey or rum (I prefer rum myself)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Lemon wedge or cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Combined the first four ingredients into the bottom of a hot mug.  If desired, garnish with the lemon or cinnamon stick.
