Wait I saw New Vegas mentioned. Are we talking about that now? (darn thread moves faster than I can type sometimes) I adore both that game and Fall out 3 though I prefer 3 to NV but still ![]()

Jokes aside and completely serious: No, but before then, I would have tapped that like she owed me money. Moira Brown was my ****. LOL
This is why Fallout needs romance, despite Avellone's objections about it, there are too many awesome characters in that 'verse.
Actually, Bethesda games needs to do more romance in general, I'm still annoyed about being friend-zoned by Serana in Skyrim.

Oh no...imagine waking up to him without his mask...*shudders* I would not wish that rude awakening upon anyone...unless it's Conan of course.

Mostly the AP system I'm quite bad at aiming and shooting so I relied a lot on the AP system but NV doesn't let you rely on it as much, that and Neeson as my father was amazing! But I do like the quests from NV better than 3 and that your companions don't keel over dead just pass out. So many memories of reloads because of Charon getting too far behind and mauled to death or setting off a mine.

It's Laura Bailey, she's got a talent for making me fall in love with her characters in seconds. Naturally, having her take over as Dagna and have her still be unromanceable is even more of a letdown. Although, having her also be Bianca and be Varric's star-crossed lover, I'm struggling to think who else would they have picked but her?

You're pretty much dating her already, she just turns down "marriage".
"Apparently, sleeping with things doesn't make you learn more about them".
You say "Are you saying you want to learn more about me?" LOL Totes tapping that plump 3000 year old vampiric necro booty.

I do love that parody, it's what we were all thinking.

Serana: Thank you!

Agreed! Well, not about Serana. But definitely about romances in Skyrim!
I did another round of DA2 while waiting for Skyrim to come out. And say what you like about the mechanics and combat of DA2, the one thing they got really right were the characters. Which is kind of amazing, considering your opportunities to speak with them are rather limited at times.
After going through the heartbreak and angst of a Fenris romance (I had no idea he'd leave you basically after he put his pants back on), the companions and marriage system in Skyrim were just so disappointing with how flat they were.

I've got it on console so I don't have access to mods not a problem for me for FO3 but I wish I could use them for FONV sometimes. Thats why I love Dead Money cause its creepy and Dog/God much fun having them with me. I've yet to complete Old World Blues but what I have done I've loved so far I just like the creepy feel of Dead Money a bit more ![]()

inorite. Only character with any real chemistry with the protagonist, and she turns you down flat.
Did love all the failed flirt attempts you could do with her, though. Dragonborn ain't smooth. ![]()
Serana: Surprisingly, you don't learn everything there is to know about something just by sleeping with it for a couple thousand years.
Dovahkiin: Are you saying you want to learn about me?
Serana: Not at this rate.

"Well, you see child, someone paid me to kill her. And I set up a beautiful ambush, just for her! But of course your mother was too clever, and quickly defeated all my minions. And as I lay there in the dirt, gazing up at this angry, vengeful goddess, I knew that I'd met the woman I'd spend the rest of my life with."

My mistake
Actually I never quite got the hang of that in the game could explain why I'm not so great at it. Weirdly it takes me a few runs before I get stuff like what to craft and what to horde down just right.
