My Lavellan would be one of the chocolate oranges that you crack into slices, the one with little toffee bits. I can never find that anymore.

Rhiannon Lavellan would be home-made cookies, slightly burnt. She tries hard, means well, and is very sweet. Most people like her, and she's great at parties. But she also has more than her fair share of screw-ups. As a bonus, Sera loves them cookies, even if it annoys her!
My other Lavellan would probably be grapefruit. She can be a little sour and hard to take, but she's also good. And she's a lot nicer if you take the time to sweeten her up.
Nico Cadash would probably be some kind of hard liquor, because you wince every time she opens her mouth. She also likes saying whatever stupid thing comes into her head, which people tend to do after a little to much of the drinking! And she can be pretty fiery, and since she's tiny, definitely liquor served in a shot glass.
I haven't played enough of my Adaar to decide, but probably something mellow, warm and comforting, but with a hidden edge. Hot toddy? (Enough with the alcohol!)
Saianya Lavellan is a strawberry; sweet and innocent, but with potential for saucy moments.
My Lavellan would probably be an extremely overdone and pretentious dish. Something like lobster slathered with tangy sauces, red onions and cheeses. But once you get down to the actual lobster, you'd be happy you burrowed through all the added nonsense.
Matteo Trevalyan would be bacon...because BACON!!!! (Yeah, he's not burdened with an overabundance of personal insight)
Remanna Lavellan is a nice big mug of cocoa...warm, comforting, sweet, with her silly moments (mini-marshmallows optional)
Hmm my Aitya Adaar would be a strong black tea with a bit of honey added in.
My Maxwell Trevelyan would either be a double bake potato with extra bacon and cheese or prison pizza
Thalia Cadash would be a hardy winter stew

Tabatha Cadash would be a naturally sweet herbal tea
Valeria Cadash is some kind of hard liquor (if I knew liquor better I'd name one)

Ashalt Adaar would be Hard candy filled with chocolate in the middle. She's cautious with new people but the more knows them the more open she gets.
Fabian Trevelyan: garlic bread ... nice little something, but an afterthought over the course of dinner (decent character, but largely forgettable).
Ashkaari Adaar: (~90%) dark chocolate ... not very sweet, but rich (sophisticated/complex, just not the most charismatic character).
Stickly Lavellan: cream puff ... ooh, how cute and small! **gobble it up** ughhh, my poor stomach. D: (undersized, but can put you in a world of pain).
My Adaar would be a bahama mamma with a side of jalepeno poppers and red hots for dessert.

This is a great topic, I can't believe I haven't seen this topic sooner. 
My Adaar would be Black Coffee (No sugar). He's no-nonsense types, well organized, hard working, he's like to be in control of everything and avoid conflict or change. He's also resistant to change, he's prefer order over chaos, static over change. Like the taste of black coffee that is difficult to change. My Inquisitor is quiet, straightforward, honest, strong will and decisive person. He's doesn't like materialistic, and not too fond of people who uses sugar coated words, liar, backstabber, any kind of viper, and he's a man of very direct method. Black coffee taste is bitter, strong and certain, but not subtle and not complex nor sophisticated or full of colors and tastes. It's very clear, and certain, easy to predict. He's also very honest, direct and steadfast to his relationship with Josephine. I think I already mentioned how Black Coffee taste are, it's clear, strong and certain. (He's never flirt with anyone even once, and are always faithful to Josie.

I'd say Vanilla Ice Cream.
Headache if you try and get to know him too quickly, but a sweet person and dear friend if you take your time. He isn't fancy or exotic, but easily recognized.
