Married Anora, Loved Morrigan, Did the ritual for OGB, Left through mirror to enjoy family life.

I was hoping the royalty plotline (prince consort/King) would go somewhere. Ruling nation with a solid family of Anora and Loghain.. maybe a child?
Since DAI has shot down any clear connection to the crown for the Warden plus having to choose between Loghain and Hawke in the fade, it has become less intriguing to take that route.
I have decided to have Alistair and Anora rule that nation while I continue my love Morrigan and fam.

Male Warrior with Isabella.
I found her romance interesting and liked she came back in the middle of the Act. I was time to defend her.

She really had my support since release.

Morrigan for Amell Warden every time, Aeducan gets Leliana, Cousland romances Leliana and marries Anora while keeping her on as a mistress.

 

DA2: Merrill practically every time.

 

Inquisition: As I play straight men my options are limited. I really like Josephine's romance, but I think Cadash will be romancing Cassandra.

I don't think I can accurately answer this as I make multiple playthroughs for each game, and each set of 3 are their own canon, I guess? lol

However, if each protagonist was based on "me" (or what i'd want to be in the DA universe), then it'd probably be;

DAO - male elf mage (bloodmage) - Zevran
DA2 - mage (bloodmage) - Fenris
DAI - elf mage (necromancer) - A certain someone that the game forbids us getting naughty with...

I guess it's kinda hard coming a M-M romance view, as the options are much more limited. lol

Until now I could not really imagine the rivalmancy with Fenris, but i finally successed, and i found credible, in fact, almost better than the friendsip romance. By the end of the story, I saw even more Fenris accepted the responsibility of his own life, but to blame circumstances or other people.

 

(In te friendship romance Fenris bring up again the mage issue, in the rival romance I can not remember for such details. True, in the friendly romance Fenris does not say that Hawke will be his death... )

from DAO I'd probably say Leliana. Don't really have one for DA2 but for DAI i thsa to be Cullen especially with my mage Lavellan's

I never could imagine any rivalmancy, but that's because the friendship-rival system was badly implemented (you want to keep whether a character like your protagonist and whether s/he agrees with him on two separate axes).

 

It was especially annoying with Fenris, even without the romance: my worldstate's Hawke disagreed with him on most topics, including often helping Anders and assisting Merrill in rebuilding her Eluvian, but since he did agree with him that Danarius deserved to have his head put on top of a pike and often brought him on his mad blood mage hunts, the friendship went through the roof.

Yes, rivalry with Fenris are much difficult.  My mage Hawke had never hurt Fenris, but insisted on his own right (and he never forgot to emphasize, if he spoken with Fenris – when I wanted to friendship with him, this step is missed - mostly), and  insisted friendship with Anders too. The end result was entirely believable.

I'm conflicted about how to answer this but here it goes.  First I'll state who my "canon" pcs romanced and second I'll go with which romances I personally like the most.

 

DA:O - Morrigan I think.  (human male rogue)

DA2 - Anders (Male mage

DAI - Dorian  (human male mage)

 

DA:O - Doesn't matter.  I like things about all of them but don't feel strongly about any of them

DA2 - I'm inclined to say Isabella because I like the idea of a rivalry romance between her and a male warrior Hawke.  Again, I like aspects of all the romances

DAI - Easily Blackwall.  I would probably end up romancing him almost every time if I liked playing as a female Inquisitor more.  I don't know if I'll ever actually see the Cullen or Solas romances...

I went with the following for my first and most canon-complicit universe:

 

DAO - Female Cousland; Alistair

DA2 - Female Hawke; Isabela

DAI - Female Trevelyan; Cullen

 

(They're all rogues, for what it's worth. Cousland and Hawke were dual daggers; Trevelyan was an archer.)

 

The second Warden I played was an Amell who romanced Alistair. She kicked off a world that has a lot more headcanoning, with a Hawke who technically romances in-game no one but whom I headcanon with Cullen, and then a female Adaar who romances Josie.
