Only done one romance so far, so not ready to comment on that, but for what it's worth I really enjoyed Sera's romance. Trying the Cassandra romance now in my second PT.

I actually followed an similar though not quite identical romance pattern as the original poster: Morrigan, Anders, and no one since I sort of messed up this first time around (kind of wish Morrigan was a romance option again in DAI but it is all good)!

DA:O - Zevran (though I have made about 6 whole playthroughs with different Wardens and romances. Zevran is still by far my favourite of all DA romances)

DA2 - Anders (I guess, since I managed to only force myself to play the game through once)

DA:I - Cullen (and I'm having great difficulties to make a second playthrough)

I tend to end up picking my 'canon' romance as the one that I think suits the story best. So

 

DA:O - Cousland x Alistair

DA2 - HumorousMaleHawke x Isabela

DAI - Lavellan x Solas

 

 

Cullen's romance was spectacular though, as was Cassandras.

My babies.  But after DA:I, my Hawke is dead, and Solas is gone, so Surana/Zev are my only happy couple left.

Nearly the same thing for me. My canon wardens are both... dead. And Hawke too. And I don't think that Cullen will last long enough once DA:I is over & he doesn't have that thick plot armour that protect him anymore

The first time I played it was Leliana (Also flings with Zevran and maybe Allister) with my female humans mage but in the keep I made it Allister because I thought it made for a more intresting backstory as it was more "Important" or central to the plot. Though she's not officially his mistress.

 

In DA2 my original choice was Merrill but in my second playthrough it was Mage Hawke with Anders because again, I thought it was more intresting to see how it effects the world. The first time around I executed Anders even though I supported the Mages because I felt what he did was wrong. In my canon playthrough my Hawke caved in because she loves him.

 

In DA3 I went with Josie but I am not sure what I will pick for future playthroughs. Solas would obviously be an intresting one since he is going to be a major fixture of future games and lore. Dorian seems likely to be a companion in the enevitable DA: Tevinter but I am not sure how much a romance would effect him.

 

I'm sure there are laughs to be had being the former lover of Cass as Divine though.

 

I kind of hope you get to marry a LI in a future game.
