Nearly the same thing for me. My canon wardens are both... dead. And Hawke too. And I don't think that Cullen will last long enough once DA:I is over & he doesn't have that thick plot armour that protect him anymore

 

But I had him keep the coin! For luck! THE COIN!!! Don't care what happens to the Inquisitor but leave Cullen alone! (my Wardens + Hawke are dead too, I seem to have a thing for tragedies and I was mildly disappointed that the Inquisitor and friends made it through without any hint of danger...)

 

For me it's:

Alistair (King, Warden dead), Fenris, Cullen.

 

I would have romanced Cullen in DA:O already, but alas I had to wait until DA:I, heh. Worth it tho

I do have a second "canon" DA:I playthrough with a f/Lavellan who romances Solas. I can't decide between Cullen and Solas, I think Solas' romance fits better with the plot and is so very good but it's too short. Cullen's romance is much better in that regard.

lol I am actually playing a world state with the Holy Trinity right now. I liked Seb but his romance was so unfinished I never knew if I was successful in rivaling him. I tried the friend route until he suggested a chaste marriage. I had to leave the room for a while.

As much as i love Morrigan and Claudia Black, i have to go for hardened Leliana in Origins

DA2 is no contest, as its hands down Isabela,  the best romance from the trilogy imo.

Inquisition, weakest of the 3 imo but its Cassandra.
