lol I am actually playing a world state with the Holy Trinity right now. I liked Seb but his romance was so unfinished I never knew if I was successful in rivaling him. I tried the friend route until he suggested a chaste marriage. I had to leave the room for a while.

 

Oh I did the Chaste Marriage too, but apparently from Youtube the Rivalmance is more... delicious

I'm currently on this Holy Trinity. Never did the Golden Trinity however, since I'm not much into Anders.

 

In any case he'll do what he say in Rivalmance

Amell/Warden Alistair. Followed by the typical queen Cousland/king. I prefer them being wardens together in the end, though. Hence my mage being my 'canon'.

Fenris. Because I don't like anyone else, and he was the least irritating.

And Cullen... because I've been waiting for years. Karma companions helped though, that's for sure!

I think I'm going to wait for spoilers when DA4 is out just to make sure nothing bad happens to him,  the man deserves a break.

I think plot wise not romancing Solas is better, makes his disappearance more interesting in-universe.

But I had him keep the coin! For luck! THE COIN!!! Don't care what happens to the Inquisitor but leave Cullen alone! (my Wardens + Hawke are dead too, I seem to have a thing for tragedies and I was mildly disappointed that the Inquisitor and friends made it through without any hint of danger...)

 

 

I know I know... I just can't imagine nothing will not happen since talking with Cole about Templars & Lyrium... *sigh*

Just say he won't get out of that problem of his the easy way, if he can get out at all. And him staying on Lyrium = having alzheimer in a two decades quite guaranteed.

My only constant is Male Hawke and Fenris. Past that I really don't think I could chose between the two world states that coincide with my two favourite DAI romance runs.

Female Warden Mahariel (fav Warden) with Zevran

Nonsensical Aggressive Male Blood Mage Hawke (thanks for making him make less sense in DAI  ) with a Rivalmanced Fenris 

Female Lavellan (mage) with Solas

 

and

 

Female Warden Surana with King Alistair

Mage hating sarcastic Mage Hawke with a friendmanced Fenris (he came across slightly better in DAI)

Male Lavellan (rogue) with Dorian

 

I will romance someone other than these two, I can do it. I'm sure I can. Just because I ragequit my attempt to romance Cullen to go back to Dorian and Solas doesn't mean I'm not capable...honest.
