You're not obligated to buy it, especially if you can't afford it. If you're complaining about 30$, (Honestly who would want the item pack?) then I suggest you get a better job before complaining about prices.
Yes I am obligated to purchase it... especially Legacy considering the fact of what happens in Inquisition. I'm not complaining about the 30 dollars but the 40 dollars that it will cost me to purchase these small additions.
And I can afford it and you don't need to worry about me getting a better job just to fill in the pockets of EA with virtual addons. I know how to invest in my money, and I know when an item that is for sale is too high, and these items are in fact way too expensive.
