It's strange how my tastes have changed, I would say Leliana but DA:I has changed my opinion of her. Cullen too, I liked before as a cool side character, being badass and having an awkward crush on the female Mage Warden. Yet in DA:I I didn't like him as much. He's still cool though.
... thinking, I would say 'Dog' from DA:O, Sandal (obviously, people that don't like him are lying) and Isabela... she's just a bit more fun than the others in DA2.
Anders, Alistair and Solas probably..
I can't pick just one... but I'm extremely partial to Alistair, Cassandra, Cullen, Cole, Varric, Fenris, and Leliana. They're in no particular order, and they're also the teammates that are constantly in my party (except for Cullen).

Loghain remains my favorite, hands down.
Number 1 for me has to be Isabela. I'm conflicted about ever seeing her in game/story again because part of me would be super excited to have my favourite character around again, a larger part wants her off with Hawke having their own adventures which will never happen on screen again(Barring me becoming a Billionaire and bribing Bioware to write another game based around hawke)
Second place for me is Leliana. Love my warden's bard. One feature i love about her is the slight variability that comes from the hardening/softening feature. Really hope such a process makes a return for future companions.
Third's Morrigan. She's such a well written character and she's voiced by the wonderful Claudia Black.

I like her because she's an interesting antagonist. I also found her quite hilarious and fairly clever.
