Party makeup would really depend on what class I'm playing.

Dorian, Fenris, Varric
Vivienne, Isabela, alistair
Zevran, iron bull, morrigan

I think morrigan and Vivienne would be hilarious together, and definitely Vivienne and Isabela
Fenris and Dorian would be awesome because Tevinter slave and vint. And possibly iron bull because "Vints"

Varric is great with everyone. Probably would have some wise cracks with (for) Alistair.

 

Morrigan and Isabela would be even better.  

Also, Vivienne and Zevran or IB and Morrigan.
