Just doing Blackwall quest and saw what awesome mask does Executioner in background have.
I tried to search in files but I didn't find this mask or armor. I'd love to have this mask on my Reaver or Necro! Awesome design.

Late to the party I know but, damn I want that mask to.
That mask is also used for the T2 Virtuoso armour in MP, but aside from that the executioner in Blackwall's quest is the only instance it is seen in SP I think.
I wouldn't mind having that mask for my Inquisitor. Heck I'd let one of the companions wear the mask
