Anyone have numbers on the avg gold amount per difficulty? I'm at work for the next 12 hours or I'd get on and do a few maps to see.

It varies more on Threatening and Perilous due to increased item chance.

Perilous is about 1.5x gold / exp than threatening.
Threatening is 10-15k exp, Perilous 20-25k.
So if you frequently wipe in Perilous, it is better gold on threatening. If you mow through perilous like no tomorrow on a good team, then threatening is not worth playing in comparison.

- Around 1000 on Threatening
- Around 1200 on Perilous
I could be way off base though, but that is my impression.

Seems about right Centaurion, if your party has all three classes and you clear everything and get the golden nug.

that is my general feeling. it can go up or down about 200 depending on treasure rooms. typically threatening is the best time to gold ratio. unless you are reaaaly lucky with pugs or have a group of friends.

I think experience-wise, if you start at level 1, a threatening game will get you to level 7, but perilous can bring you up to about level 10. So that's good. But bigger difference between the amount of gold you receive on Perilous compared to Threatening would be pretty awesome. The random pots/urns are only separated by about 10 each?
