What origin/race/class will you be playing?

FWIW, the human names are largely Cornish, if Ferelden and French, if Orlesian. Dwarven names seem to be derived from Hungarian. Elvish surnames are those of angels. Elvish personal names are derived from Hebrew.

If you wish to follow the above languages, this link can help.

Thinking of either Elven or Human Magi. Maybe try one of the elf origins. I'm aiming for something relative to revenge or vengeance.

Hebrew word for vengeance is naqam. The form is masculine, so if your elven mage is a guy, you are good to go. For a woman, I'd suggest going to Greek mythology. The names of the three Furies (Erinyes) were Alecto, Megaera and Tisiphone. Try using whichever of those appeals the most to you.

If you are playing a male enchanter, he should be called Tim.

I named my dwarf commoner Guts! Would of gone human with the name but noble doesn't fit it.
