I'm pretty new to the Multiplayer mode in DA:I but I have unlocked the Arcane Warrior and like it a lot for it's tankiness.
But does it mather if my weapon(staff) got Fire/Cold/Electricity damage ? Regarding to my spells (spirit blade/chain lightning/Fade Cloak/Fade Step)

No, it won't affect your spells, only the amount of damage and bonus stats matter there.
There's a small benefit to electricty in that it can combo with weakness to put targets to sleep, but CL can do that anyway if it's something you want to try to use.
It can make a bit of difference if you play mages with Barrage if you want to get different types of elemental kills for the achievements. I find poison the hardest one to finish though. And don't forget some mobs are immune to different types of magic, but they all die fast enough when using Arcane Warrior.
Personally I run with the one that does the most damage and then add the +heal per kill on it using the best cotton I can use (3 tiers of cotton I have found so far).
