ALWAYS-ON SPRINT

Pressing down the thumb-stick to sprint is uncomfortable and seems completely unnecessary.

PRESSING BACK FROM SUBMENUS IN LOBBY SHOULDN'T CANCEL READY-STATE

If I indicate that I'm ready to play, and I peruse some sub-menu such as abilities or inventory, pressing back to return to the lobby cancels my ready-state, which isn't a big deal but it's frustrating. And it would be nice to be able to toggle readiness from any of the menus for that matter.

NECROMANCER'S PETS SHOULD NOT DELAY KEY DROP

It's frustrating when an encounter is over and you're just waiting for your spirit buddy to die so you can unlock the door to the next area.

INCAPACITATED TIMER VISIBLE TO OTHER PARTY MEMBERS

It would be nice if you could see just how long a party member has been incapacitated so you know how much time they have left to be revived. What happens to me on occasion is two party members will go down at different times, and someone comes over and revives the most recently downed party member letting the other character bleed out because they didn't notice who went down first. This would also let players make more informed decisions as to whether they need to aggressively attempt to revive you or if they can afford to give you time to crawl to a safe corner.

MAKE POTS HIT-BOXES TALL

Nothing spoils a fun afternoon than swinging wildly in the air just above a jar and you just can't connect. Locking on makes this easier, but you still certain attack animations sail just overhead.

MOVE THE BANTER BUG FROM SP TO MP

I'm joking, but there's not enough banter to justify the frequency in which its used. At best, it's repetitive. It's just too much. At worst, you begin to tune it out and miss key information such as when a party member goes down or when someone is calling for you to fall back.

SOCIAL ANIMATIONS

This is a big ask, but I love the social animations in Destiny. When you're playing PUGs with people who don't use microphones, it's an effective and fun way to communicate, ease tension, and remind everyone this is a game and we're just having fun. Sometimes when someone is trying to call you over to a secret door and they're spamming "HERE! HERE! COME TO ME! HERE!" it can be aggravating, but if they start dancing when you get there it's a little harder to be mad.

Good list.

I also enjoy the dancing, pointing, waving in Destiny.  :)

I think you can use Spirit Mark again to kill the charmed enemy.

Agree with most, but disagree on the party banter.  I've got about 200 hours into the MP portion of the game, and I am *still* hearing new responses, and banter combos, on a daily basis.  Is there some repetitiveness?  Sure.  However, even the repetitiveness sets you up for some gut-busting surprises as you play with a variety of character mixes.

That's an interesting response to it. I'd rather be surprised by a new response after mostly silence, but of course your perspective is valid. Can we agree to disagree and request a toggle? : )

Of course.  Toggles are good.

yeah, noticed that too.  I listen to the banter in case I hear a new response.

Potion use when downed.

I can crawl but I can't drink a potion? My Irish ancestors bawk at this notion.

I really want to be able to look at my characters in a 360° veiw in menu instead of having to go into a private game to look at different armors. The fact that i had to take my Templar into a private game to see which colors i liked on her cause her shield blocks most of her armor in the menu bugged me to no end. Also I'd like to see their bu.....backs! They're erm, back veiw... >_>

+1

mentioned this to BW, and hopefully they allow us to use a 360deg view of our characters.  Also, I want to see this when crafting armor.  Who buys something when you don't even know what it'll look like?  Ok, maybe some folk...

Good point, ShintomeEX. Considering it's a game that's basically all about tricking out a character, it is really strange that they let you gawk at your accomplishments outside the dungeons.

Having to constantly press the analogue to sprint has damaged my analogue stick.

No, how else are we going to spot newbs before we open the first door? J/k.

MAKE POTS HIT-BOXES HUGE

Nothing spoils a fun afternoon than swinging wildly in the air around a jar and you just can't connect. Locking on makes this easier, but it's still not for sure.

I think thats going to create problems with things that are close to the pots. My personal view is to remove them alltogether.

Other than that I agree with everything. Good list.

Good point. I need to clarify, I mean height-wise, so stabs that whiff just above the jar would still work, not width. Thanks!

But I'd also be totally fine with them being removed and just getting gold for clearing a room. : )

I'd concur with most of that.
