Hey! 

 

So, I had just slayed The Hinterlands dragon and I was wandering around the Blood Cliffs area beyond her nest, and I came across a dock. I used the anchor magic to fix the walkway and hop into a little boat with some loot. I kept scanning the area and I noticed a ladder---two, actually. I tried to find a path to reach the ladder, but I see nothing indicating they are even accessible. This ladder in particular seems to be on the other side. Am I missing something?

Ladder can not be reached. It's probably an oversight or a mistake.

I noticed that as well. After investigating, I came to the same conclusion. Looks like an oversight.
