Holy sh*t how did you even find this thread? After some as*hole took 2 of the most active and useful sub-forums and integrated them into this collection of useless blather I never thought I'd see this again.
For your Inquisition banner, unless things have changed (which I cannot see being the case) this is given when you capture your first keep and the banner crown is given once you have captured all 3. Now there used to be a bug where the crown was often not given after capturing the final keep. Last I heard that had been resolved.
Just so that I'm clear on where you are, if you go into your decoration table and change the banners over to be the Inquisition banner, what shows up at the base of the stairs leading up to your keep? Let me know and I'll try to help you sort out what is going on.
