I remember people saying to do this on this forum, but I was talking to a friend and they said not to bother because even if stacking the rings does wind up working, it will probably not work most of the time. It definitely doesn't work with two ability rings.
Is there even a way to tell? Crit rings in particular are important because of the warrior builds with Flow of Battle.

It's funny, I'm going to have a hard time convincing my friend of that. She runs perilous constantly and since the ability rings definitely DON'T stack I think that's why she's paranoid of it.

You can check some passives which reflect it. One example is the Archer passive 'Sneak Attack' which will reflect your crit chance. Unless you have tons of Cunning promoted already, you should be able to see its effects clearly there.

Archers and Assassins have the passive Sneak Attack which doubles your crit chance for flank attacks. It's an easy way to test it.
