Also, does the healing reduction from Blood Mage affect it? I'm guessing it does, but I'm hoping for some sort of loophole. 
Does the HP regen from Spirit Healer and Battlemage stack with each other?

The healing reduction for blood mage is only when blood magic is active. I'd guess that the bonuses do stack, since everything in Awakening is overpowered, this should be no exception.
