I made a Jagged Axe with the Beserk ability.....+10% damage -100% damage across your attributes. Like -100% Magic defense, melee defence, etc. I messed that axe up. My guy got crushed by an arcane horror in like 2 seconds. I think the master work material was fade touched serpentine. Not a good idea. I'll be trying to make another axe today sometime.

It should be 100% damage done increased, and 100% damage taken increased. Now that would be fun!
I suppose a zero got lost somewhere.. maybe a 1 turned to 0 in the bits of code ![]()

Yeah, there's even a +20%/-200% version. I could MAYBE see using it on a necro if you have really good threat reduction, and then going balls out when you die with Simulcrum but... Nope.

I gave my tempest rogue the 20/200 version. Not a good idea... MAYBE on an assassin, but on a tempest? Noep.

For the lulz, I tried a 30/300 version on Blackwall...after Walk of Fortress expired, he went down like a game of Jenga from a simple Great Bear.
I had never used it before, and decided what the hell? Give the basic version to Blackwall. He can handle it.
For an immortal tank, he sure looked dead to me. Yeah... I'll not be using Berserk in the future.

Nor really Rampage ... more on Berserk.
My Dwarf Warrior kept getting killled off early in the fights, so I thought I was using the wrong tactics. I finally (30 game hours later) looked at my attributes and found all my defenses had been hit with a -200. I removed everything, then put them back on piece by piece, checking my attributes after each. My Heavy Armor of the Dragon, with chance of Berserk, was the culprit. Another set of Heavy Armor of the Dragon gave me no problems.

300% Berserk (Stormheart) + Heal on Hit (Snoufleur Skin) is actually a decent combination for Dorian or a Necromancy Inquisitor. With Simulacrum and Heal on Hit, they'll constantly die and get resurrected with infinite mana to spam at +30% damage. The only downside is having to put up with "HELP DORIAN!!" every 5 seconds.

The proper balance would be:
10% Damage out || 20% damage in
20% Damage out || 40% damage in
30% Damage out || 60% damage in
Too bad I'm not a dev.

Funny story. I had Solas resurrect himself during a dragon fight, he died while his energy barrage was in the air and then popped back up. I laughed a bit since I had forgotten to upgrade my healing mist grenades to revival status. Afterword I went and performed that bit of maintenance.
Question. I thought Simulacrum had a 20 second internal cooldown. Can you just keep on dying and coming back quickly? Because if so my next playthrough will be a necromancer.
