Pardon me if this is obvious or answered previously. I am new...
I'm the type of player who likes to complete every quest possible. Can I do all companion quests or do I get locked out of one by doing another? Same with Romance. Can I romance all possible people where there is no prohibition due to race/gender?
WRT Romance, is there any point to romancing advisors (Josephine) or should I stick to just party members?

As far as I understood, you can't do all companion quests, because some of them only pop up if you are romancing a character (really minor ones, though, except perhaps the Solas ones).
And you can flirt with all caracters, but only have one active "serious" romance.
Advisors have very nice romance scenes, the only downside is you don't get their banter when you bring them with you, but that's really irrelevant.
I romanced Josie in my first playthough and it was really sweet and definitely worth it, in my opinion.
