Since December 26th I have been trying to get through to BW to get an RMA number for a duplicate gift I received for Christmas. I've left voice mail (there is no # available to reach a live person), I've opened support tickets, and I've used the contact form and support email address (both of which just opened additional tickets).
I can’t generate the RMA number myself online because the person who bought the gift for me did not make an account at checkout.
I also have dropped a PM to Jessica Merzin & an email to the general BW email address looking for a phone number for a live person at BW store support with no success.
If anyone from Bioware would like to PM me a number where I can reach a live person to talk to, that would be great.
