What does it take to get someone at the Bioware store support to respond to support tickets or voice mail?

Since December 26th I have been trying to get through to BW to get an RMA number for a duplicate gift I received for Christmas.  I've left voice mail (there is no # available to reach a live person), I've opened support tickets, and I've used the contact form and support email address (both of which just opened additional tickets).

 

I can’t generate the RMA number myself online because the person who bought the gift for me did not make an account at checkout. 

 

I also have dropped a PM to Jessica Merzin & an email to the general BW email address looking for a phone number for a live person at BW store support with no success.   

 

If anyone from Bioware would like to PM me a number where I can reach a live person to talk to, that would be great.

Try TreeHouse Brand Stores, as they're the designers, middle-wo/men, and producers of the site. The bottom of the page has some contact info - no phone #, but it's likely the most direct contact method.

There are now several posts on the Treehouse Brand Stores Facebook page from people who are not getting replies from their customer service representatives. I've gone through their support ticket system, PM'ed on Facebook and posted to their wall since 12/25 and there's been zero response. I just left a voicemail as well, but others have done the same supposedly with no success there, either.

I really don't want to go through filing a credit card chargeback because I just want a replacement for the damaged item that they sent me (it was clearly ruined before or during the packing process and not by the mail carrier). This is getting ridiculous. Can anyone help, please?

You get no response from the Bioware Store email as well? I made an order back around the 26th I think, and it still hasn't shipped. Been wondering if I should email them, but curious if I'll even get a response based on these comments. What's the point of providing the email if they don't even respond to it.
