Well. I started to play it again and getting over my loss ( loss half my money some week ago) . Made a couple of millions and .. I am bored. It's space trucking simulator. It's very barebone has the only thing that seem to matter for any kind of progression is making credit .. .and with credit you can purchase new ship that will allow you to make more credit and with more credit .. well etc etc .. ad nauseam.
So you're always doing the same thing, but with bigger ship. Bigger ship do the same thing .. but pewpew will do more damage etc. Star system are fun to discover at the beginning, but after 500 hyper jump. I made so many hyper ump I am not even looking at anything ( star etc) anymore .. just pointing to the right direction.. doing trading or bounty hunting. ... It's the same thing over and over and over and over again.
You can't trade between player and there's no player faction. You can raise up in rank in any faction ( The empire , alliance and the federation. But there's really no side for you to pick. So it a big /shrug .. what's the point.
The game is good(especially at the beginning), but right now is very shallow and they really need to add some structure to it.
