This randomly came to mind recently. I recall many DA devs posting things on Twitter about working with her on an awesome character but now that I've played the game fully once and am half way through a second, I still haven't heard her voice. IMDB offers no help either as she is not listed as part of the cast.

Can anyone point out which character she is, just for curiosities sake.

I don't know names very well, but I have an excellent ear for hearing voices.   If you can tell me something else she has done that I might know, I could probably tell you the character.

She's in Game of Thrones as Brienne of Tarth. Very big role with tons of dialogue.

based on her voice I heard in an interview I'd say She does Vivienne

She doesn't voice Vivianne, that's Indira Varma.

I'd say Dalish, the not mage from Bull's Chargers. But I'm not sure of it.

They have pretty similar voices. I'm completely at a loss as to who she plays.

I heard she voices Florianne?

Dalish makes sense though.

That's what I heard as well.

Nothing jumps out at me, though I suppose its possible she has a number of bit parts.

Sometimes those British actors/actresses can be tricky.   My shock when I heard Hugh Laurie speak for the first time outside of his House character, my jaw dropped.

Actors will get you a lot. karl urban is always doing movies with a perfect American accent but when you hear him speak in interviews he sounds NOTHING like in his movies.

I've heard three theories:

1.)  Florianne - I'm not sure where this one originated or what evidence supports it

2.)  Krem - There was a theory that she was originally going to be Krem, but dropped out or was replaced by Jennifer Hale

3.)  Dalish - Just reading this one for the first time now.

I remember that she used the #hornsup hashtag on twitter once when talking about recording lines, so that would lend credence to either #2 or #3.

But I think this is all pretty much speculation because I've not seen any evidence for any of them, to be honest.

Now that you mention it the Reaver's voice in DAI multiplayer kinda sounds her.

Blackwall.

Seriously though, i doubt she voices any character. Shes probably quite expensive because of game of thrones, and has a large fan base, so they wouldn't give her a minor role. And since she doesn't seem to have a major role, i doubt shes in it. If she were in it, she would be in loads of videos for promotion.

I don't know.  It sure looks like she was cast.  And the #hornsup reference plus the fact that Patrick (who wrote the Chargers' storyline) is in it makes me think that she's likely either Dalish or Skinner (doesn't sound like either to me) or she got cut at some point.  Maybe she's Grimm?  ;)

Okay so I'm SO sure she's Dalish now.  It sounds so much like her.

I don't have twitter.  Does someone who has it want to tweet either Patrick, Gwendoline, or Caroline and see if they will respond?  I'd love to know, just for curiosity's sake.

Now imagine how we in the UK felt seeing Hugh Laurie speak as Dr House for the first time.

Especially those of us whose main experiences with his acting had been from Blackadder.

I think she was originally going to voice Krem, based on some tweets about how she was honoured to voice the particular character, and the #hornsup hashtag.

She's way too big of an actor to be used for a minor role and yet I can't think of any character that sounded like her.

If that tweet is from April, I feel like it's probably a little late for recording any role in the game proper, nevermind a meaty one. My money's on a prominent role in some yet to be released story DLC.

So Dalish seems like the best bet as of now. It's still odd to me, with what she said about the character, and what Weekes said too. Dalish is so unremarkable and small and she's too big of an actor to have such a minimal role.

I know she does the Spirit of Command in Crestwood and, I think the Reaver in MP as well. Not sure on any others but, possibly Dalish too.

Is it in the credits?

They only list (with character name) primary voices in the actual in-game credits. All of the rest are relegated to "additional voices" status. Sadly for us voxophiles. More of them will probably be updated on IMDb as time goes on, but as you can still see from the credits for DAO and DA2, there are still very many "additional voices" actors listed.
