Hey guys, I've been desperately trying to get Texmod to work, and it did on previous attempts, but for some reason now it doesn't even attempy to load in the textures, it just boots up Mass Effect 2 like you ordinarily would with Origin.

Does the Texmod window show up when you launch ME2, you select the masseffect2.exe and select your textures, and yet it fires up immediately, implying no textures applied and you can see that they're not? Or is something else happening?

 

If texmod isn't loading at all, then it sounds like you just need to rename masseffect2.exe to something else, texmod.exe to masseffect2.exe, and launch the game to get texmod open. Then rename stuff back, choose the masseffect2.exe and load your textures.
