so 3 poitons for 100% crit damage which last a total of 60 seconds. So outside the potions he is terrible, great advice, guess what 1 reavers do not have the burst that will enable to kill a dragon under 20 seconds. IT just does not exist. A dragon kill will easility take 2-3 of your might offence potions and there is a good chance the dragon will be still alive. Honestly you keep trying to justify rogue gear and potions when they do not work on warriors. There is no thousand cuts, no mark of death, no hidden blades. You gotta keep dragon raging all the way to kill it and manage your HP while you are doing it.

You can kill the highland ravager in 3-4 mighty offense tonics on nightmare solo with a crit build. It's possibly the hardest of the dps specs, just because the highland ravager will murder you if it connects with anything and you have to be fighting it for at least a minute, but once you get it on the ground it's dead. I know because I've done it.

Outside of the tonic the class works fine because it works more efficiently with my armor. 30 - 35 crit damage through dexterity, and it allows me to build dragon webbing in my Ornate Battle axe for 21% crit damage instead of King's Willow for 10.5% attack. Combined with how much it lowers my other cooldowns through flow of battle, I just like it more. It's less powerful than the Hossberg Twainer if you don't pot though.

You can have more than 3 mighty offense tonics. I'm know you can carry at least 5.

Personally I don't really enjoy the 2h reaver because it's a lot of dragon rage spamming and the damage is just bleh compared to rogues, but it's the first class I played through on nightmare, so I have a pretty good understanding of how how it works.

But yes. 100% crit damage essentially doubles your damage. It's worth giving up 50% attack to get. It's doubly worth considering you can just... you know... make 2 greataxes. One for mobbing if you don't want to pot up every fight (though you can pot up every fight considering you can just buy more elfroot) and one for killing dragons.

you can carry 3 without any potion increases. Tempests can carry more due to their talents. But a reaver needs a belt to allow him to do that.

But can we agree dps reaver to get maximum damage one might as well roll a rogue. I do agree that reavers are boring as hell dragon rage span gets old quickly. Finally its a heck of work to manage top line dps as a reaver.

So we have two different approaches, and both seem to work if built for them. Well lets hope out argument/debate helped the OP decide on his course of action.

Hey, it helps, dont worry :) I think that either way you need critic chance, no matter if I will go stack As much Attack as I can or as much Crit Damage as I can. Crit Chance will always I think make you hit harder, becasue itis always a multi.

I went simillar course with KE, stack Critc Chance, Crit Damage, Attack and Cunning. Int the end I was able to crit 1200/1300- 1900 from Spirit Blade swings, 3800-4500 from Fade Cloak and from 8/9k- 16k from FIre Mine.

So maybe it will work simillar with Reaver? Ech, questions, questions..... :)

My goal is to try to make in the end of game as fast speed kill on Ravaging Dragon as I will be able. So I will test all options and gear :).

OP was interested to see if he could build a decent dps build with a Reaver. Anybody who has played the game for any extensive amount of time knows that it is easier to build a rogue for dps because that's their one role. Warrior builds on the other hand can go either tank or dps with several gradations in between. Think of it as an extra challenge and experiment instead of sticking to stuff you think you know about the game. That's how Science in general progresses through trial and error.

.. My point was in general if a warrior is gearing with everything as a rogue, a rogue would have been better. That is a general statement not made to the OP specifically but more like my personal viewpoint. Besides we have had a discussion about different ways to approach the OPs question, answers have been given and now he has the ideas he wants to try. Im sorry if i was hostile in my earlier posts.

I might try a crit based warrior in the future, but atm im just slightly disappointed by warriors in general in this game. Hopefully when the detonators  get fixed and the broken skills get fixed it might get better.
