I signed up for a social.bioware.com/forum account in 2009.

I signed up for a SWTOR account in 2012.

I NEVER signed up for a origin account but I have one apparently.  Problem is the security question on:

https://account.orig.../security/index

Since I never created an origin account (migrated from other account?) I never answered the security question.  I've always signed in using my SWTOR account information.  The question on the security page is not one from the SWTOR account - just checked with my notes AND swtor.com.  So... where did this question/answer come from?  How can I change both (or at least the answer)?

 

 

 

EDIT: Just notice that according to:

I'm a member since late last year (2014); however, I have password reset emails from: Origin (EA@em.ea.com) that date from late 2012.

 

 

EDIT: I downloaded a new browser (opera) and finaly got Live Chat to work.  After 30 min. of waiting the Game Advisor (I believe they are called)  was able to reset my question and answer after a quick email verification.
