I'm currently interested in getting the Inquisitor hoody but it's currently not available. Around how long does it take for items to be restocked?

Depends on the item, but they're usually pretty good about Hoodys. Assuming it's a fairly new item, and it sold relatively quickly, I'd give it maybe a month...? - can't know for sure.
