I just want to say that EA and Bioware really did a terrible job in with handling DLC codes for Mass Effect 2 pre-orders.

Everything worked fine with the Dragon Age pre-orders, so I am not sure why there is a new system. It was a superior system because the codes were entered into the xbox directly.

I don't want to have to join a website or EA online community to get DLC.  That's crap EA and you know it.

Things like this add up and lead to a lowering the EA brand name in the mind of consumers.

And if EA tries to make me register for Battlefield Bad Company 2 (which I am not pre-ordering), guess what?..... I will just play more Modern Warfare 2.

My question is this, with the Collectors Edition, are we supposed to get Cerberus Armor, Collectors Armor, Zaeed, and Normandy Crash Site?

I keep losing my Profile when I go to a new Page on here, seems to suggest a problem with the Server right now.  I had entered the Code for the Cerberus Network.  I had wanted to download the DLC.  I had clicked on "Blood Dragon Armor", did not seem to download, just said "Pending".  I had clicked on "Terminus Armor", did not seem to download, also said "Pending".  I had clicked on "Normandy Crash Site", did not seem to download, also said "Pending".  I seem to have to be Online in order to play the Game, I lose my Saves and my Achievements if I try to play offline.  what the heck?

ME2 Collectors Weapons and Armor Xbox360 how do i restore this? I thought the code was for other content. I don't use an Xbox360? Why was this in a ME2PC CE box anyhow?

So, does Normandy Crash site come with CE or not, like I said, when I first redeemed codes this morning, it listed it on the entitlements page, but not there now....what gives?

So there seems to be 3 (?) networks at play? BioWare Social, EA, Cerberus. I'm on Xbox 360, should the Armor content I redeemed show up under Cerberus or is it separate/automatic? Does the content come from EA to your gamertag or via Cerberus Network?

I have gotten all my collecter edition downloads but it will not let my install them because it says unknown publisher i have the game stop and blood armor installed just fine but my CE downloads wont work plz help

When I try to download the Zaeed file it gets finished and says it is corrupted.

OK, I don't understand how to link my account here with my GamerTag. When I go to the master EA site, it says my gamertag is already in use. Has anyone figured out how to do this yet?
