Before I left for work, I had the email in game for the blood dragon armor. I look on the site for entitlements and do not see the Normandy Crash Site or Zaeed available for 360.

It seems somehow that key codes in brand new boxes have somehow already been claimed. If I had to guess I would bet the xbox live business yesterday has something to do with this.

Holy Crap. So I started a new game after losing my last game (after 2 hours) to a power failure b/c there is apparently no save game before well whenever. And this time, it happened again after an hour.



Seriously am I wrong about having a chance to save before spending 2 hours of my life to redo this game again?

Actually more like 4 hours wasted. And I did do all the codes for the extras. I though they were gratuitous but fine. But the fact that wasted 4 hours tonight with no save game or auto save makes me very sad.

See this thread on the EA forum. I PMed the EA mod/OP, and s/he was able to link the accounts within a few hours after I sent the message. I believe response time is substantially shorter when posting directly in the thread. Either way, much better bet than the live chat (failed five straight times for me).

Are you getting the same response from the EA site that ZackScott is? If so, follow the instructions above. If you haven't tried to link your gamertag on the EA site: log in using your main EA account (presumably your account here - same email/password - unless you've already associated your codes with a different account). Then go to the "My Account" page, scroll down, and find the "persona" list - there you should see your display name and any other personas. If one is your XBL gamertag (it'll say "XBox Live Gamertag" underneath) you're in good shape.

If it isn't there, click on the "add persona" option, select the "Add Existing XBox Live Gamertag" option, and type in your gamertag. It will do one of three things: 1) associate the gamertag with the account successfully; 2) tell you that you need to start up ME2 while signed in to that gamertag (and then log in to that main EA account in-game when prompted); 3) give you the same message ZackScott received - in which case, see what I told Zack.

You cant download the Terminus Weapon and Armor for XBox from your PC browser. You need to download it thru your XBox. I actually downloaded all the DLC and armor etc before I started playing on the XBox (b4 i selected new game), so maybe thats why Im not having any issues. Seems to work ok for me. Maybe the issue only happens when you download the items after you start a new game..?

So you have to restart the 360 in order to see the pre-order armor in-game? This was the only DLC I didn't see when I connected the Network. I saw the Normandy Crash Siting, but nothing else.

My problem:  Great game, loving it, I get through all the initial stuff to the new normandy and it still hasn't saved? REALLY? 2 hours into the game and I don't get an auto save??  I mean, is it there and I don't see it?  I assume no game designer would make people wait this long for a freaking save point.  Power cuts out, console cuts out, i come back and theres no save game.  And for the record,  I checked about every 5 mnutes whether the save opton was active.  

I"ll only say this - there shouldn't ever be a time that losing your current game makes you start the whole thing over.  Just my opinion. 

I had save options from the beginning, and autosave is silent.

Nope, restarted, signed in to live, started the game, signed in to the Network and only the Normandy content is showing. Good job, Bioware. :/

Someone probably hacked your account. No one is supposed to be able to use your gamertag.
