Yeah, everything is good. My gamertag and email shows up on the site. I registered the game on the site also.

Any updates on continuing issues from Bioware reps? Kinda feel like I'm in a lurch here.

Even simple confirmation that they are aware of lingering issues and working to correct them would be more than welcome. Not trying to take a dig, but I'm really confused why so many people are still receiving the notice that their Cerberus Network codes are already in use. I know I am, got it on my first attempt to register the code 5 hours ago, yet I've got nothing showing up for it in my user entitlements page.

Again, with all due respect, may I have an update, please?

i am having an issue with being able to download or redeem my code from dragon age to unlock the blood dragon armor for mass effect 2. when i try to download it online it says the code has already been used. which i did use it for dragon age but you are supposed to have it available in mass effect 2 also. so how do i get the armor to show up in mass effect 2?

Has anyone got the GameStop code to give them the items on 360? My code worked, yet it won't send the items to my 360 to download.

Im form the UK so havent got the game yet but I wanted to get all the accounts in order to make sure I dont mess any thing up when it comes. Now I have 2 EA accounts (dont ask why lol), I can remeber all the details for them so no problems logging into them both.



At some point I think I linked one of them to my 360 gamer tag but im not sure what one. So..



Could somone confirm for me my thought that if "xbox live gamer tag, Semeper Mortem" persona doesent apear under either of my accounts persona lists, it isent linked to either account and ill be free to chose what account to link my gamer tag to?



I appreciate this isent drectly related to whats beeing discussed, but I could not think of somwhere better to ask.

Yup thats my problem. I got the code from gamestop but since I can't link my gamertag due to it being hacked on this site I guess. Apparently I can't get my stuff.

It's not hacked - it means your gamertag is associated with another EA account you created at some point (happened to me too, and I didn't remember doing that either).  See my post around the halfway mark one page back for details on the fix.

Yeah I posted on that page now its just a waiting game. How long roughly did it take them to fix it for you?

I PMed an EA mod instead of posting there - took four hours or so.   The good news is that (apparently) they're fixing it more quickly if you post in the thread itself.  Best of luck.

Yep, it'll be one of those little "persona" boxes with your gamertag name and then "Xbox Live Gamertag" underneath.

I have directX 11. I have also downloaded the latest drivers for my NVidia 9600GT video card. I reinstalled the game again. The error is occurring right after it checks for date/time for release. And then continues for every attempt to PLAY after that.  Any help is MUCH appreciated!

I got mine, entered it .. you need to restart your console and go back into the game .. it should show up as new content or under extras downloadable content.

See my post halfway down page 12 (previous page) in this thread. Try the second scenario I list first - you'll want to check on its status before you try anything involved.

I'm getting an error message whenever I try to connect to Cerberus, says "the connection was interrupted or timed out". Any idea what's causing that?

You guys failed with the cerberus network and you need to own up to that and not put the burden on us.
