Hey have an issue with the cerberus network with my brothers account, we bought the game yesterday (new) and and to our suprise we both have all the armours even though the code was inputted on 1 account, but to our dissapointment the cerberus network was not on my brothers account. I've been hearing many people talking about linking 2 gamertags to one account and if i do this will the cerberus be unlocked for my brothers account. I don't understand this, the armours go over but the cerberus dosen't, why is that and can this be fixed, if yes please explain to me what step should be taken.

I have the PC version and successfully used the Cerberus Network key in-game, so I can see the second computer on the main menu. However, it looks like I did this "out of order," because when I try to download the DLC from the Bioware Social Network, it won't let me redeem my code because it has "already been redeemed." Well, obviously -- by *me.*



This is...silly and frustrating, and no one at EA Support will get back to me. Is there a fix coming? Or do I need a new download code?

kk so i redeemed my code online just now. i restarted my 360 and the would you like to join cerberus network came up. So i clicked continue and after waiting a while it said cant connect to server. what should i do now? just wait till they fix it?

Hrmm...glad I haven't tried any of this yet. Got the game late last night thanks to UPS guy getting lost and been at work all day. So reckon I'll have to wait until tonight to check it out

I wonder if it would be easier for EA to just allow people to attach to their EA account from their gamer profile here than dealing with each person individually. Just one click of a button and you could easily migrate these accounts.

where and how do I link my account to my gamertag????
i still havent got the game but i just wanna know all this BS brfore i do so i don't waste two days on it.
Also its kind weird how the only aspect that EA really had with gameplay is so badly done?

redeemed the code and doesn't seem to have any option to put in any
kind of account information, or create an account as the card claimed. I go online and login to Bioware and EA, turns out I had an account from a couple years ago when I got Spore, fiddle around there, register games enter codes, still nothing in game and no particular sign as to how to fix that or tell the game about this account.

You link your EA account to your Gamertag while on your xbox, and youll be prompted to do this as soon as you put ME2 in ??

I have the PC version and bought the ME2 CE version. Everything working fine (I installed and started playing the game abt 7:00 pm EST yesterday. Working fine so far today...... No issues to report!

okay after i got my armor and gun i played jacobs loyalty misson and turned my x box off and now when i turned it back on it says content corupt please reinstall...???

Update: I think Dragon Age must have done something to cause it to skip the account step. I don't normally
have the Xbox on line, a have to borrow a wireless bridge from another room to connect it, looks like when I hooked it up to get the Dragon Age content registered it put in the junk e-mail address I used to
register Live way back when Halo 2 came out. Checking that e-mail reveals a 'Your new EA Master Account has been created.' e-mail from then, though I obviously haven't done anything with that and I don't have that achievement for linking anything, also Dragon Age gives me an error message about connecting with account.

But it looks like, if you registered anything through Dragon Age, make sure of what that went to, because Mass Effect 2 skips over the create/link step if you had. Had my roomate go in from his profile and it prompted him to create an account as described, and he had never registered anything through Dragon Age.

Now I have to figure out how to get it unlinked from the one it made and linked to my existing EA account.
Any advice?

All I know was once I got my gamertag associated with my EA account I powered up the xbox, got a prompt to update, did that, accepted online agreement and the New Downloads appeared on the left screen ME2 main menu. Note that your email accounts gotta all march up, EA-Xbox Live-Bioware Social.



Really, too much work just so EA can track us.

Is there a problem with linking my EA account to an existing Bioware Social Account. When i log into Bioware Social, it prompts me saying I am using my EA account. I select my existing Bioware Social Account, and it then asks me to confirm my user and password on the Social Site. I followed these steps and redeemed my code, but after I looked at my Bioware Social Account, I noticed that EA Account is not linked?!?! I can walk through this step everytime, but it seems to not want to link my Bioware Social Account (the one I redeemed the code on) with my EA account.

Ok so I have the PC CE and registered my Cerberus key code yesterday around 2pm EST and I went through all that not working stuff until it got fixed around 8pm EST and then the game accepted my account and I can connect to the Cerberus network from there and my entitlements page here on the social site has the links to download the Zaeed and the Crash site DLC.



But now the issue is when I try and look at the DLC page here on the social site the only thing that appears is the option to buy or redeem Cerberus Network access. Is this the same for everyone or is this network system still completely borked?

Today, after logging almost 7 hrs into the game, I moved my xbox into a room with internet so I could download the collector and terminus armors. To my surprise I discovered the Normandy/Zaeed DLC. I downloaded it all without any problems--I even rebooted the game to ensure the content was there. After messing around with the armors, I saved the game over my last save to confirm the changes I had made with the armor. I moved my xbox back into my room where I cannot connect to xbox live, and suddenly I cannot load my save in ME2 because my Normandy/Zaeed DLC cannot be confirmed. Do I have to be on Xbox Live to play ME2 now? Or is this simply a glitch?

Ok, so I used the tips video on the ea website and it appears that my Xbox Live gamertag is linked to another e-mail, I have no idea what e-mail that is. So my cerebus network is on that one and I haven't used my pre-order codes yet. Problem is, I can't add my xboxlive to this account with the dragon age armor on it.

When you use DLC, it requires you to be connected to XBox live in order for it to work, Random.

I am trying to get my collectors armor and rifle but when I try to link my xbox account to my EA account iy says it's it's already in use but i do not have an alternate account. i was wondering if my screenname which is the same as my xbox live account name is not letting me link it and how i can change my screen name on my Ea account.

Booted twice now from live chat. Submitted a question as well. So yeah, frustrated with all of you as well. Changed my browser to IE instead of Firefox, might have something to do with the boot. I will find out shortly.
