Sorry this doesn't do crap for me the Cerberus computer is still needs to be actived ingame and say my key and i tried all my other keys just incase are in use.

So why can't you just make link so we can download it since you know that we didn't screw this up on our end?

Providing good customer service to annoyed customers for a faulty product is never a bad idea is it?

I'm assuming the 6 PM PST, or for me, 9PM EST, means you're still working on the problem, or working on uploading the fix, otherwise I'm not getting the 4 hour delay for us PC/CE users.

What do I need to do if my codes have been redeemed to a different Bioware Social profile? This (pcalahan) has my DLC codes stored but I had to create a new account in order to sync my profiles (since I was unable to remove a persona from the EA account).

Is there any way to transfer these DLC codes from one Bioware Social account to another? I am linked but my code is "in use." Argh!

Ok I loaded put in my code last night when i got the game and it still is not working. And customer support has had me on hold for about 2hrs now. I think the BBB needs to know about this cause this is unexceptable.

Is there any real difference between redeeming the xbox code for the cerberus network on this site as opposed to in-game? Or is it the same thing, essentially??

Okay, can anyone please help me too? I have the CE edition of the game. I have the same email on my EA account, and my Bioware Social Account. I redeemed my code, and instead of getting the Cerb Network, i got the collector's weapon and armor twice! (Once for the CE code, and once for the Cerb Code). Also of note, I have the PC version.

Now if I try to redeem the code, it tells me that it has been used.

Is there a dialog I can check to make sure my accounts are linked?

My Cerberus code from my PC CE has the 1688108 number in the bottom right.

Does this mean I'll be able to access Cerberus eventually? I ask because when I tried to enter my CE armor code it said it was already in use, but when I entered my Cerberus Network code on this site It gave me the collectors armor. I'm just not sure if this one code will give me everything.

Okay, now I'm getting irritated at this. First off the collector's armor and weapon code "is already in use" even though I just bought it today. Then the code on the back of my cerberus card triggered the collector's armor and weapon. Finally the blood dragon armor code that came with Dragon Age back when I bought it "is in use" as well!

This is the collector's edition on the pc, purchased from best buy

My Cerb network card gave me a collector's edition weapon and armor. My account is linked to EA, and now when I try to redeem the code again, it tells me that it has been used.

I've got kind of the same problem except apparently my GT was linked to an EA account already(Just found all the info today) so my cerberus was redeemed in game no problem last night and got the normandy crash site. But I made a seperate account for social(had no idea about my EA account last night) and redeemed my terminus on this account but I can't link my GT to this one so I have no way of getting the terminus now since it's been used.

I got the PC Collector's Edition through Amazon, I registered the code on the Cerberus Network activation card through this website and got the Collector's Armor and weapon instead, I used the Collector armor and weapon code that came with my preordered PC GAME and got the collector armor and weapon for the XBOX. I tried to register through the game but now it says my Cerberus Network code is already in use.

i know everyone is ticked off that this happened, but i dont think you're going to get much in the way of personalized respones at the moment. Give them some time to figure all the kinks out before they can respond.



Maybe go play the game a bit to check out the new classes before you start making rash decisions and creating multiple accounts to try and fix the problem yourself. I know that doesn't make up for whats happened, but at this point there is not much the gamers can do.



I dont think Bioware, EA and Microsoft will leave you guys out to dry, so for now give them more time to make sure the problem is definitely fixed before they give you a definitive answer.

Well, after checking http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php it seems I got all the stuff. But I got two copies of Collector's armor and weapon. Is that just going to fix itself?

Edit: I misread, since it shows items on other platforms as well. So I got everything but the cerberus network, and the code that should have given me that gave me the armor and weapon, and the code that was supposed to do that is in use apparently

This is super-frustrating. I got the gamestop preorder Xbox360 edition. When I got it, the staff at the store specifically said to use the bioware website, NOT the in-game code redemption. As I'd already played Dragon Age, this was not a problem - I logged in and redeemed the code for both Cerberus Network and the DLC armor and weapon.



When I started the game, it said I had no account associated with my gamertag, and automatically created a new bioware social account. Then it didn't recognize my codes - but neither could I re-enter them, because they were already used up on my original bioware social account. Then it socked me for $12 to activate the cerberus network.



Here's what I want - I want to be able to associate THIS bioware account (on which I redeemed the codes) with my existing gamertag, even though they are different email addresses. Then i want the MS points I ate up refunded.



Needless to say, this is a terrible, confusing and unforgiving method of redeeming these codes - all to drive traffic to this blasted website, which is not user-friendly and not useful to me. I just want to play the game, dangit! I don't care about starting yet another blog, yet another social site... just let me use my codes and play the game!

I can't log on to the Network or play the game. I'm stuck on a EA splash page. Over two hrs I been trying to play and nothing.  Oh yeah, I can't use none of my CE items.
