Its been over a day and EA still has not resolved my ticket of my CE codes being not usable. This is BS!!

I thought the Dragon Age debacle was bad, but this is the worse I've ever seen. It'd be nice the Bioware coulda just gotten rid of Cerberus network and leave it to Microsoft to hand out the DLC bc I still can't ****ing connect to the servers.

Ah gotcha, sorry to hear that - I had only been hearing success stories. Maybe try PMing the EA mod that started that thread, re-listing your information, and explaining that you haven't seen any results/are afraid you might have listed something incorrectly.

I thought I'd provided a different birthday for my other EA account (they ask for birthday as a means of verifying you do own both accounts you're trying to link), so I mentioned that and then included the join dates for both accounts. Seemed to work.

Go to ea.com and see what your gamertag and pw is there. If it isn't the same on this website then it isn't connected. You will have to delete your profile on this website and then use the "link to my ea acct" option on the registration page.

And what about the content for the Digital Deluxe Edition, I downloaded the in game Items and DLC (Weapons, armor, Zaeed, etc), but the art book, soundtrack, Behind the scenes and comic book I don't know where they are. Someone help me Please!!!

I managed to Fix my EA account, but now when I try and redeem my code HERE, this is what happens :


You are logged in with your EA account. Please fill in some additional fields to proceed. 

I fill in all the personal Info but  it keeps saying my email adress is already in use. NO ***! I'm try to link the Bioware and EA accounts but it keeps saying it's in use. Any idea how to fix this mess ?


I just need to move on to Profile Setup, and I'm sure I can get this thing working. Arg.

I purchased the collectors edition which comes with the Collectors Armor and Gun -- I imported my Shepard Vanguard character from ME1 -- when I got to my armor and weapon configuration in the game -- I was able to don the collector armor -- but for some reason the game gives the gun to Zaeed??!! -- So does anyone have an idea about this -- great that I paid for a gun that I can't seemingly use -- I have fooled around in the weapon config screen but I don't see how to transfer the gun from Zaeed to me?

Knowing EA, do you think the Terminus armor and Blackstorm will be on the marketplace in a few months? I hope so because I am scared to try and use this setup they made.

You have to be able to use the weapon i.e. a soldier to be able to equip it.

Dude, I don't they can fix most os these. Apparently, EA give me the wrongs directions than what is in the game. Ppl being told put in the wrong email address. Codes misprinted. Codes to be incorrectly inputted. I'm frustrated right now because it seems like I just committed a dozen errors and spent 80 dollars for nothing.

This seems like such a total waste! -- what's the point of offering an in-game bonus for the loyal gamers who played ME1 and import their character if they are going to not make it a universal weapon -- didn't they think about this possibility???!  I figured it might be something stupid like this -- but I just feel let down now - like I wasted money or something. -- wait I did.

Alright. I am running into an extremely frustrating problem...has anyone else seen this and seen a solution for it?

I can link my Xbox live tag with the EA account easily enough, but when I try to log on here with my Xbox live tag it tells me that the display name is already in use. Then when I search for it or try to retrieve the password...it tells me no such name exists! Naturally, I keep getting timed out of EA's chat, but since the problem is happening here on Bioware's forums, I'm worried they'll tell me to sod off.

Okay, has there been any confirmation of anyone getting the Mass Effect Galaxy reward? Because I must confess that I am a bit confused about the process. I tied my award unlock in with the correct e-mail associated with my EA account/XBL tag, but the award does not show up under the My Promotions page. Likewise, I've put both Miranda and Jacob in a squad together but, as far as I am aware, I have not encountered any special dialogue, let alone a reward or unlock. Am I missing something here?

Registering the other DLC has worked just fine, but this Galaxy reward is throwing me off.

Ok I finally got through to someone on the phone (1 1/2 hours wait) and they CAN and WILL sync any gamertag to your EA account no problem. This helps if you are one of the people that used a different email account for your EA account and Xboxlive account.

1 650 628 4322 is the Console number I called.

Again, it was a long wait but there is not need to make new accounts on either system. I used my code already and didn't have the same email accounts on the two accounts and was still able to resolve my issue. Hope this helps! =)

But did you get the armor and gun w/ the preorder or did you preorder? im trying to get the preorder stuff just wondering

emailed EA singapore and they told me i've activated my cerberus card for xbox 360 version instead. I wonder how that could happen?Mine is the pc version. I hope they could rectify it back

most of the people that have been experincing problems are due to when to free downloads that were pulled from live yesterday.some people didn't have any problems,but it appears that the rest of the community have been having serious problems.after reading the forms here at work I decided to wait till the next day to try everything.i doubled checked everything to make sure I had everything in order and I reread all of the post posted from bioware for trouble shooting.so far so good.I hope everyone the best for the problems they have been experincing and wish u well with you journey with the game.

My UK xbox 360 CE has just arrived. Do people think it is a good idea to ignore the whole online cereberus/ DLC etc. for the time being and play the game once through without it? and then register online in a couple of weeks time when the bugs have been ironed out?



Also I understand that the helmet of the Collectors armour cannot be removed, therefore playing the game once through without it will let me experience the full benefit of the cutscenes. On future play throughs wear the collectors armour since I have previously seen all the cutscences.

i just got me2 yesterday. tried to play it this morning and got stonewalled by a issue. the beginning scenes go by fine but as soon as i get control of my char and am told to get my pistol and armor out of the locker i have a problem. it says to push spacebar but nothing happens. i tried changing key mapping and still nothing. the only keys that do anything are movement keys. wondering how i get my keys to respond and how to fix this.

wooohoo got all my armor special gun and Zaeed bioware came through. At the start main menu there is a laptop on the left there will be another laptop opening on the right use the right bumper to see what you have in ther cerberus network.

Also the special character will not automatically show up you have to read a message on your ship computer to pick him up in a certain planet.
